Does every business have the same obligation?
No. Annex 1 distinguishes institution types and capacity thresholds. For listed industrial activities, the Annex 2 NACE code and the threshold of 50 employees must be considered together.
Does buying a meter secure the certificate?
No. Staffing, planning, training, implementation, monitoring and reporting are assessed as a system. Certificates are issued by the Ministry.
Is seven years automatic?
No. Article 7(4) requires a work schedule and Ministry approval for the specified industrial groups.
How long is a certificate valid?
Five years. Obligated holders submit their renewal application three months before expiry. Turquoise is voluntary, but its criteria must be met when applying.
What can I request from Atlas?
Share your metering, pressure/flow control, valve and remote-reading needs. Products, installation and integration are defined in the quotation. An enquiry here is not a Ministry application.
